Notes: Association members and spouse can apply for up to $250,000* of life insurance protection in $10,000 units and up to $2,500 for each of your eligible children.

*Benefits reduce to 50% at age 65 and an additional 50% at age 75, and terminate at age 80. Rates shown reflect age-reduced benefits.

  • Who is eligible for this insurance?

    All active members of a Participation Organization, or a legally married Spouse of a member who: are under age 60; and are residents of the United States. Active members and spouse can apply for up to $250,000 of life insurance protection in $10,000 units and up to $2,500 for each of your eligible children.
  • Do I have to meet with an insurance agent?

    Issuance of this policy is handled over the Internet and the mail. You can review the materials in the privacy of your home and purchase your policy directly through the mail without meeting with an agent. You can, of course, talk to a licensed representative if you'd like. Please click the Forms and Links section for the toll-free number.
  • What if I have second thoughts after I apply?

    You will have 30 days from the date of receipt to review the insurance certificate. If you are not satisfied with the terms of the certificate, simply return it to the Insurance Administrator and any premiums paid will be refunded in full, minus any claims paid.
